Q: Can I see the products without signing up for an account?
A: Yes. If you click on the ‘Our Products’ icon on the left side of the website
screen you will be able to view all our products in PDF format.
Q: Can I buy from the website if I do not own a business or have a tax
resale certificate?
A: No. However, if you are local, we have a retail store called the Pearled
Nautilus which is located in the Red Barn in Bradenton, FL from which you
can make purchases.

Q: I have signed up for a wholesale account on the website, why can’t
I log-in?
A: We change the password for all new customers and we will send you your
new password once we receive your tax resale certificate. If you have
received your new password and are still experiencing problems please give
us a call at 941-722-0408.
Q: Why are some items missing from my order?
A: Some items you may have requested could be out of stock and you should
not have been charged for the out of stock items. If something is out of
stock it is usually written on your receipt as such but, sometimes this step is
missed out. If you think you have been charged for something you have not
received please give us a call at the office, 941-722-0408.
Q: Where is my receipt?
A: The receipt is always attached to the outside of the box however; no credit
card details will be on anything we send you.
Q: How long will my order take to get to me?
A: Orders are filled on a first come, first served basis provided we have all the
required information. If we have received a large number of orders before
yours then it may take an extra day for your order to be shipped. Please
allow 3-5 business days for your order to reach you.
